What are the best aspects of this product?
Migrating from Sage Software, it appears Acumatica is giving us room to scale our growth. It offers enhanced in-depth analytics with our day-to-day operations and sales. It's a bit complex to handle, but I can see how this software can assist us in being efficent in the operating and management of our current warehouse. I just can't get enough how useful this software especially when it's embedded within the browser platform. This makes me efficient in working remotely and never have to worry about being in the office all the time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
It appears as if there are plenty of steps needed just to run some processes. From a person who just migrated from Sage, just about everything can be done in a couple or so steps. Acumatica requires several steps to accomplish almost the same set of tasks. In addition, if you make your way to the print screen and you somewho forgot to save your work, you tend to lose it when you click back. An action tab should be available on the print screen so data won't be lost.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We're finding ways to work efficiently, utilize sales analytics for purchasing assistance, and effectively manage our warehouse. At the same time, we want integration with customer portal and CRM. One of our major business problems are warehouse mispicks. This has been a huge disappointment for customers. But Acumatica is there in integrating us into lot tracking and at a certain degree, factor in warehouse management.
