A very invaluable product from Adobe.

What are the best aspects of this product?

My favorite functionality with Adobe Acrobat Reader are its initializing and signature features. Often times, I get to save a Word document or Excel file in the form of PDF, just so I can utilize its sign and fill-in functionality. I'm into forms that are legible and clean. Adobe gives me the ability to do just that. I also like taking snapshots of certain doc sections.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

My only frustration is that it lacks the ability to convert a PDF to a JPEG/PING in the free version. The upgraded version is capable of doing this.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This gave me the chance to make a legible documentation. It also makes the documentation look professional. I can fax and print any doc without sacrificing its visual ability. I can work on-the-go. And I don't need to have a printer beside me wherever I go.
