It's important to note that almost no software in the Collaboration Software category is an ideal solution able to meet all the goals of various business types, sizes and industries. It may be a good idea to read a few Adobe Acrobat reviews first as some software can excel only in a very narrow set of applications or be created with a really specific type of industry in mind. Others might operate with an idea of being easy and intuitive and therefore lack complex functionalities welcomed by more experienced users. You can also come across software that support a wide group of users and provide a powerful feature base, but this usually comes at a more expensive cost of such a software. Make sure you're aware of your needs so that you select a service that offers exactly the elements you search for.

Pros: What I like most is the fact that I don’t have to re-open file in order to make some changes. The program is user-friendly and simple to use, you can easily make updates and add pages so you can keep your materials updated everytime.
Cons: What I don’t like is the change of the font when someone tries to edit the PDF file, the font automatically goes to Generic font.

Pros: It's simple to use. What's more, it's free. Its functionality is basic, but very helpful in a number of ways. It contains a tool for highlighting, options for multi-page viewing, and the ability for signing docs electronically. You also have the ability to save and look into fillable forms.
Cons: Its functionality is as barebones as they come. I'm annoyed with the Reader not capable of exporting docs in other formats. I really miss that old functionality from Acrobat. Aside from that, I can do without.
