Adobe offers great security settings

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that I can control tge security on docs and to secure my texts from copying . It offers lot of security options and it provides control of PDF outputs. We can control how docs are opened for e.g. with bookmarks or not. There is even an option to embed other docs into PDF so we can reduce time of searching around in order to find some things.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The screenshots of Adobe Acrobat can be unreadable in a PDF. They can make this even more simple and I have found this kind of issues in other Adobe products.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I’m using it to provide guides for internal associates, I can put all attachments into PDF document with links which is even more convenient.
