Everything is so easy with Acrobat.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Any document being scanned will automatically be a PDF. Once they're all there, I can easily have the documents signed then send them over with a mouse click. We deal with these situations on a daily basis. Having the ability to sign things digitally made my workload a lot more manageable. We're also working with Foundation, and the docs there end up being saved as PDFs, so it's easier to customize and sign them off.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I hope I'm able to manipulate more data than I what I planned originally. Having the ability switch dates, amounts, or even a bit of wording makes it less of a pain. I'd appreciate it if PDF can be converted into a Word doc without added pay. Right now, I have to send off any PDF file to a third party software/service to get the conversion done. It's a pain.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Most of the time, this is how our paperwork is being processed. Almost everything had to do goes through the scanner. And we're set to go almost paperless! One it's within the system, moving it, sending it off via e-mail, or printing is simple. We don't know what we'd do without it in our day to day operations!
