What are the best aspects of this product?

It's simple to utilize. I get to do things a lot quickly. Anone can literally use it without any problems! I can print and any doc and store in my PC for future use. I like being able to utilize it in a majority of smart devices, laptop, and PC wherever I go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was hoping I could do way more with it. Its full version is uber pricey and has a bunch of stuff that I rarely use. It'd be nice to utilize it in such a manner where fields can be filled in. It saves you in having to print. It also prevents you from e-mailing back and forth with the user.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's simple sending stuff to anyone who aren't as PC savvy. Everything can be pulled out immediately. That's what's great with this program. It makes things easy.
