What are the best aspects of this product?

I really like the new version of Acrobat, the team behind it has implemented lot of Utilities that allows us to make any kind of modifications in one place instead of switching from one program to other.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t like that the list window pops up when I open or close PDF. I’d like to OCR only when I ask for it. Also, they could add ability to outline all fonts for easy export.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have huge amount of PDF files that need some modifications and this tool saves us lot of time because we can edit files in one place.
