What are the best aspects of this product?

This software helps me on a lot of things: (1) maintaining multiple websites wven with large data; (2) conveniently embedding media to our websites; (3) organizing our data for easy search; (4) providing a single platform to store our digital assets. Tons of our needs are being covered by this software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I think they can improve more on the source editing function as it's too technical for non-programmers. They could improve the interface, from the font choice to the the more technical stuff.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It doesn't only provide digital asset management services but document management, as well. It organizers our assets and content, and it also provides us cetnralized workplace where everyone could interact. Managing digital customers was also easier now, thanks to this app!
