What are the best aspects of this product?
Adobe Sign is easy to use, and it has understandable learning curve. We get even more agreements back because our clients find this tool easy to use, all they have to do is to review the doc and click the sign without a need of printing, emailing, signing and fax back. We don’t have to worry about the missing pages thanks to this tool because all we have to do is to set the form up in minutes and send it, we are even able to track the doc along the way.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is nothing to dislike. It would be helpful if they could include Adobe e-sign button within the programs like Word, Outlook or other that would save lot of time.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We no longer need to worry about the agreements, clients love using this tool because they don’t have to search for fax or print and to wait for the doc to arrive, and signing it and sending it back to us. Now, the process is extremely simple, we add the fields to the documents and choose the name of the signatory, set the email address and send it to them.
