What are the best aspects of this product?

Direct integration with the adobe reader which makes it nice to use offline.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Subscription model are quite bad, it makes it almost impossible to cancel the renewal of the licenses. It took me 2 hourse of customer support to cancel the subscription.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

ease in the management of subscription and a self-management of the account.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

online signatures for contracts and agreements
