A user-friendly tool that helps out with processing

What are the best aspects of this product?

The processing of payrolls and timecards has never been easier thanks to this program. All of them are linked to ADP, so I no longer have to create external files that I have to upload to two different systems. Employees can even take advantage of the myDP feature to access their timecards.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are a couple of things I believe they can improve on. For one thing, they could come up with reports for payroll, as the current functionality only does it for HR. They could also give administrators wider abilities when it comes to accessing information from the program.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this program, there's been a decrease in the service requests we've had to send out. Now it's no longer a problem if the training we received during implementation is lacking.
