Accessible from a web browser–really convenient!

What are the best aspects of this product?

This software has really made things easier for me. Now, I don't have to go to work to find the information that I need. I can check my work hours, my free hours, my paycheck, and other information at home, thanks to the website. The convenience it has provided me is something that I really appreciate.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

ADP Vantage has a feature that I personally don't have a problem with but I can understand how other users may have an issue with it. When two companies both use ADP, the receving company can end up seeing the paystubs of the other one.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Before we used this program, we were using another that unfortunately was not as secure as we thought. The information of our employees ended up being compromised and it was a hard lesson to learn. But ever since we started using ADP, we have not experienced any of the problems that we had with the previous program.
