What are the best aspects of this product?

We don't perceive ADP Vantage as a tool, we perceive it as our partner. It did so many wonderful things for us, and it got involved in every aspect of our business. It is very robust in terms of payroll solutions, but it also does excellent work with HR procedures. It also became our one and only source for listing multiple vendors.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It has its usual bugs, but I am not too worried. The truth is that only ADP Vantage knows how to solve ADP Vantage issues, so I contact support, and let them handle the thing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Payroll, of course, but also tax filling, enrollments and open events for benefits, unemployment, ACA compliance, time, attendance, and few more.
