What are the best aspects of this product?

ADP Vantage's online web portal allows detailed overview on pto time and paycheck stubs, and you can print straight from there without downloading anything. It stores information and it keeps it secure, and that's great if you consider the online hazards that happen to some companies.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It was hard for me to register, I remember having some password issues. Everything is fine for as long as you remember your credentials, so don't lose them. It will take you a while to restore them.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were really eager to find a program that allows simple access to paycheck stubs. ADP Vantage was just cut for the purpose.
