What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the wide range of modules that this platform offers and the option to choose which one to implement. There are also regular system updates which constantly improve the product. I also like the willingness of the team to receive customer feedback and make appropriate changes to the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are instances when the problems we raised like defects in the software or requests for some product improvement takes too long to be fixed. Our business is operating in a fast-paced environment and it seems like their team has difficulty keeping up with us.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The platform, in general, is a reliable and helpful tool. It eliminates the need to manually enter data or spend a significant time duplicating some tasks. The automation of numerous tasks has made us more efficient and helped us save time. On top of that, we are able to minimize errors in our data.
