PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The ADP looks complete, and offers all features and reporting tools our company needs. We didn’t expect automation to be so streamlined, but the Benefit feature proved us that files can be connected smoothly after all.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I can’t say they tried to hard to make software integrations work, for what I see they’re affecting rate changes transfer and proper payroll terminations (don’t expect the SUI/department codes to match unconditionally!). The worst part about it not being notified, not even to mention how bad timekeeping can get.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We provided self-service for our employees and we expect them to engage more than before. We left paperwork behind us, and we love our automated payrolls.
