What are the best aspects of this product?

It is really convenient to have this software around since I can now use it to look at work-related information such as my free hours, my work hours, and my paychecks. And I can do all of it at home, without having to head to the office. The way this has made things really easy for me is certainly something that can't be emphasized enough.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Some people might be put off by the fact that two companies who both use ADP, paystubs will be visible to the receiving company. I personally don't have any problem with it, but like i said, it could be something that puts off other people.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The biggest benefit we've gained from this program is better security. We had a pretty negative experience with another program where our information ended up being breached. It rattled us, so to not have that same problem with ADP is incredibly reassuring.
