The product has admirable API reputation to be the one and only HRIS that offers full-feature coverage.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
You'll use the product as it comes, configurability is not its strongest side, to say so. We had serious implementation problems, but I'll stay on the safe side and say that it was our employees' fault.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Payroll, benefits, company-cross recruiting, and HR integration. Still, have in mind that full integration of farm payroll becomes possible only after you've added a time capturing solution from a 3rd party. Don’t raise the threshold too high, it will disappoint you.
