What are the best aspects of this product?
It has pay rules in the small finger, that's not something every payroll software can be proud of! We rely a lot on their Solutions Consultants, and I can say those are the most informed people I've talked to. It's not just about listing suggestions and solving issues-it is about understanding the sensitivity of payrolls, and reducing fear that something will go wrong. That's what makes the team so good.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I think they didn't focus enough on international payroll. Another thing I'd like to witness is communication on module-level , I think groups would perform much better like that.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
There are so many complex pay rules associated with our business, and we felt an incredible administrative burden before ADP Vantage arrived. Now, we administer those pay rules much more successfully.
