Works great for handling HRIS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It’s a great software in its category. It is a comprehensive platform that brings every essential tool needed by HR personnel at the end of the fingertips. It got a benefit feature, an attractive pricing scheme (we got the enterprise plan), and incredible tools for managing payroll to name a few. We are able to generate hoc reports seamlessly and handle profits, taxes, etc. efficiently.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The tables and fields in the ad hoc reports can be puzzling, would be nice if they improve the visuals.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ADP Vantage HCM tools have been really helpful in making metrical analysis of our company’s process as well as in generating reports. We are able to handle those tasks in a more efficient and organized way.
