What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing that I like with ADP is how simple it is to go through varying screens. Back in the day, looking for items within the platform was problematic. But this time, getting around it is so easy. I also like the fact that whenever I need assistance, I can easily call them to help deal with any issues regarding the product.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes, the time it takes to wait to finally speak to a representative can take as long as 15 minutes. I feel they ought to hire people so more customers can be catered to instead of passing them from one person to another.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With the latest update, viewing my payroll is a lot more convenient. Now, I can have a preview of my payroll in time rather sticking around and waiting for a long while.
