A decent platform that’s functional yet a bit overwhelming.

What are the best aspects of this product?

I absolutely love how ADP can make calcualtion of your hours by week and day. I also love how this platform showcases the overall amount of accumulated sick and vacation hours.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't like how challenging it can be when making approval on endless timesheets for people. I still need to make approval on the hours for and after looking into each single one. Plus I'm tediously goinf from one profile after the other to just approve the hours, which I feel is a process that's time consuming.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I'm still required to input and make approval of the hours. Regardless, it's a handy platform that helps me simulataneously look into a number of profiles all at once. Aside from that, I was able to benefit from its host of features. But I wish it would be possible for us to make customizations of our page, appearancewise.
