A review of ADP.

What are the best aspects of this product?

It's simple to navigate. Info can easily be found. Images were nice, bright, and attractive. I like being able to look into the company and individual profile as well as W-2 reporting. Product is highly organized. If there's an issue where I can't spot something, a search bar is available. It's an awesome platform!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Its time accrual tracking metrics can be a little confusing. I don't have the ability to open ADP on my smartphone or any other mobile device. This can be frustrating. I wish I can open the site on a number of browsers instead of going to different browsers just to get a site to open. It's a time consuming process that can get you frustrated easily.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It's easy to track expense reporting. I love having the ability to look up information on attendance, salary, and time. It's more streamlined for HR service. I've never encountered an HR platform that's this organized or structured. Solved a lot of business issues.
