Product integration is made in such a way that multiple updates won't be made for a single change in employee. I like its enhanced functionality in customzing the product and product to meet the needs of our company. The program's feel and appearance is updated. Their mobile app is excellent. Its Applicant Tracking System helps in managing external and internal applicant for open roles via the same portal.

It's hard to pinpoint that. I haven't found anything that I hate with this platform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

On the older platform that we used, the system wasn't as user-friendly. In fact, it was rather clunky. This led to redcution in employee engagement in terms of self-service. Hence, it became a lot harder for payroll and HR to deal with. ADP got rid of these problems.
