What are the best aspects of this product?

I love how ACA reporting and tax filings are processed simultaneously. Assistance is always there to help out answer any inquiries that I may have with regards to any issues encoutered on the platform. ADP has done a good job in the integration of processes be it in the form ofreporting, payroll, attendance and time, and hiring. Improvements are also noticed with continued use.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn't appear to be as inuitive for those who aren't getting the hang of the latest innovations being brought into the plaform.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

While there have may been some issues with the platform to begin with, it did a good job sorting out complexities regarding ACA reporting. One noticeable benefit with it is its "Time Module."
