What are the best aspects of this product?
I'm that lone person working in the Human Resource Department. Attendance, payroll, time, and human resources streamlined a number of functions that I'm supposed to manage. It's great to have the latest ACA reporting requirements. Everything would've been impossible if not for ADP!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
At times, I'd request a report from out of nowhere. It's never that simple in determining the ability to develop it to handle the things I need. For instance, I wanted a monthly payrool report for a certain fiscal period. The Bridge has been instrumental on a number of things. But I've yet to be completely knowledgeable on the fiscal year report.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
I've been using ADP for attendance, payroll, time, benefits adminstration, and human resources purposes. It eradicated a lot of backbreaking work that I'm forced to take on. I like how these things can be automated. What's more, it's the employee doing as much as work as they can!
