ADP is a must-have platform. To be honest, using it for the first several months have been a trail. Everyone by now should know what I mean when going through that painful ordeal monthly. Thank heaves for phone support. They salvaged my life, career, and helped me create payroll.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Going through it cold presented a number of challengers. Doing it the manual way is tedious. Not everything in the categories and "boxes" for marking were deemed direct. ADP needs to be armed with a cheat sheet so novice users can fully utilize the system. When it comes to payroll dates, it's a bit confining to the eye.

Payroll processing can easily be accomplished in a timely manner. Since ADP is mandatory, I'm afraid I can speak out for all users. Its biggest benefit is that it's a hands-down option for employee processing payroll. Life is great for individuals who make use of ADP! Just about everything can be mailed straight to the payroll clerk.
