What are the best aspects of this product?

I trust everything that ADP does especially in the field of payroll. What I like best is how it offers very few errors compared to other payroll software I've used previously. It also gives off a certain modern feel unlike other payroll software that seem outdated with a higher-than-usual number of clicks to activate a certain task.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don't favor signing in constantly whenever I access the platform using my mobile device. But then again, it's to make your data secure. With mobile devices now utilizing fingerprint scanner, I feel it's better to sign in than having to do away with logins.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I like how my employees can simply sign in to their smartphone or tablet instead of jotting down time cards and sending them electronically every couple weeks. It saves me a lot of time and we know time wasted is money wasted.
