I love how ADP is inuitive and user friendly!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I simply love how user-friendly ADP became especially with the latest updates and module appearance. Navigating the platform is simple and making employee setups and logins are a cinch. I like the present details, although I did find some simple reports a bit difficult once every other while. I feel we require advanced reports for each employee. For instances in terms of hourly analysis or wages per employee or location.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The issue that I constantly face is moving individual reports to employee earnings, hours, or other known history data. This can, at times, lead to complex report building.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I feel we're ACA compliant, which is a big deal for our small-sized business. Penalties would've greatly cost our bottom line. I like how ADP finally included reminders and notifications. I also like the ability to peep in and see if our business is in compliance with the standards.
