What are the best aspects of this product?

I love the fact that I can sign in from my mobile device. What's more, its button for clocking in and clocking out is huge. I like the fact that every paycheck can be uploaded in the form of an iamge. I like how it breaks down the time for the work done every week. I love how all the options are laid out in a single area.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Right now, there's no fixed for fix for its password or Touch ID. But somehow, they have fixes for it. Now, there's actually a way in setting up Touch ID. An option is also available for auto saving passwords. I'm glad to see this issue resolved!

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It keeps track of our time off, payment, evaluations, and business reviews. These are keys to employee and payroll moral each and every single day. We're literall living within ADP. Everything being done involves paychecks, hours, time off, and breakdown of benefits. All these issues are resolved with performance reviews.
