What are the best aspects of this product?

ADP Workforce Now is one recommended HRM platform. Running as a small company, getting an user-friendly and modern HRM platform with a working portal for employees wouldn't be possible if not for ADP Workforce Now. I like having HR experts and payroll support. I won't have to worry about adding another staff.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When it comes to keeping contact with the Relationship Manager, it's pretty bad. Both that and their support are dwindling for every years that passes.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

ADP Workforce Now in keeping track and administrating PTO grealy made the process a lot simpler. We went through a number of errors with the previous payroll provider before landing ADP Workforce Now. Since making the switch a few years ago, potential mistakes have been spotified and resolved by the plaftorm's experts. Their precision and hardwork is unlike no other. Regardless of the ACA complexity, ADP Workforce Now enabled us to meet requirements without less painfully.
