My personal review of ADP.

What are the best aspects of this product?

WFN is one user-friendly product. It gives everyone a sign to our products. This can range from time and attendance to retirement services. Payroll admins have fallen in love with it. Payroll reports can immediately be previewed.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We're no longer receiving e-mails. We're now capable of approving PTO requests. A notification can now be sent through e-mail. I like having a direct link e-mail.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We've been using Virtual Edge until last week. Since then, we made an upgrade to Recruit Management. It has a modern interface and appears to be more updated. I look forward to transitioning our paperwork into an electronic-based system and storing them into the cloud. It can now be accessed by us just about anywhere.
