What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the linking between Payroll, Time and Attendance, HR and the GL. It makes room for real-time adjustments. It's a handy tool for reporting which consists of canned report and a simple report-writer. The UI is easily viewed and understood by newbies and experienced professionals. It fosters a clearer payroll processing!

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

With our company growing, it didn't let us have the capabicity to remaing with WFN. On the other hand, ADP provides other service that we'll look into.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The rapid growth of our company has prompted us to look for other possibilities in outsourcing VOEs, garnishments, options for online self-service, and etc... This platform provides a bulk of such services and we're looking into each single opportunity to offer excellent services to our employees and customers.
