What are the best aspects of this product?

For the past few months, our relationship manager took our experience to an entirely different level. She was highly responsive when it comes to our needs and exceeded beyond our expectations. We finally made the decision to make an investment in ADP products to ensure the user experience is at its best.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Service representatives lacking some follow-through when dealing with our issues. It had to involve the relationship manager just to close out service cases that have been sitting aorund more than 6 months.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

By making an invest in a wide range of products, we're able to make sure data from our employees can easily be reported and integrated.
