Using ADP Workforce Now — now!

What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the fact that payroll processing can be seen on the dashboard. Even more so with the changes being made. When it comes to system changes, it always aligns to that of payroll law changes. ADP is clearly leading the pack on knowing what's good for the clients. It's able to determine which functions best for a certain situation while remaining compliant.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

There are certain changes that needs to be done when it comes to standard and custom reporting. These weren't addressed from the previous versions. Further dashboard reporting on the ACA screens would be nice.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I wanted to find a way to moving our workplace to a technology-based solution. This is to help meet our HR need, train employees, and be willing to accept any new chanes. We realized we can now bring any doc into the cloud via ADP. We also have seamless access to future tools.
