What are the best aspects of this product?
I use AdRoll for more than 3 years, over this period of time they’ve improved themselves especially when it comes to features. What I really like is the variety of its campaign targeting, for e.g. if some category is not performing well we can easily reallocate the budget to the site targeting. Also, we are even able to test new beta product like the new launched CRM targeting.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The only thing that I dislike is that they constantly grow and my team is changed frequently. And why is this dislike, you may ask? Well, once I learn how my team works and once they learn what our market goals are, they move to different team and I have to meet with other new team members and to present them my goals over and over again. It doesn’t sound professional to me.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The price is affordable, it is great solution for retargeting, it helps in Facebook advertising for lead generation and for branding.
