What are the best aspects of this product?
Account managers make every effort to help you with the program and to show you how to start. They do not only want to help you how to run the system, but they are always there to offer/suggest new ideas and to give some hints on how to improve your work. You will get lots of support to build ads even if you don’t have time.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The amount of contact from the account managers makes you to change some things or to add other brand account even though it can be useless, but on the other hand the AM can take care of everything else. It is a double edged sword.

We use this system for advertising purposes on CBX. I have to mention that the interface and segmentation tools are very easy to use and intuitive ones.
