Whats going on at AdRoll – Be careful with large budgets – problems returning clients funds!

You can connect quickly with your customers and the system is very easy to use

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Trust with Funds - BEWARE - If you have a large budget be super careful - I have been struggling to get a credit balance back its only $3000.00+ but I had empty promises again and again. Something is very strange about how the handle clients funds. I personally would not risk more then $2000.00 at a time (money I can lose). Its very strange - first they say will be refunded then the go back on the promise - then they dont get the emails. Its truly strange - the handle money like a small company so not a company I would trust again with large amounts.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

real time billing - similar to google / facebook to minimize the exposure in case this company goes bankrupt

Special Offers can be communicated quickly and directly with the customer
