What are the best aspects of this product?
Part of my job requires me to test out CRMs and helping our clients find a CRM that works for them and I have to admit that Agile is probably the best one I've used so far. I've gone through dozens of CRMs and I find that this is actually a solid and all-around piece of work. It delivers on all its promises and is quite easy to configure as well.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I have to admit that I was confused by the marketing automation system because it looked very dated to me. I also did not like how limited the designs were for the email templates and that's on top of the fact that there really aren't a lot of available email templates to begin with. Another thing that frustrated me about this was the workflow with regards to coming up with email and campaign creation. These are the things that I think could really be improved in future versions of the software.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We were able to automate information and contact collection. We even gained the ability to see the site activity of our clients. We now have knowledge of who frequents the site and where on the site they go. Admittedly, the automated response feature can be a little confusing when you start out, but once you get the hang of it it is a great tool to use for drip campaigns and email queries.
