What Problems Will Agile CRM Solve?

Make well-informed sales calls

Benony is an independent consultant who aims to make 100 sales calls to achieve his set target for the month. To prioritize his calling, he has to view the whole prospect list, go through his email for previous interactions, understand at what stage the customer is in the sales pipeline, search for customer contact information and then dial. And he has to do this boring, time-intensive administrative process 100 times, taking out 25% of his quality time.

With Agile CRM, now Benony no longer has to waste his time and efforts. He can simply get the list, take a glance of the lead score (score set to each customer based on their interest levels), understand every company interaction with the customers (marketing emails, email and web activity, past call communications). Based on this, he can prioritize his chosen contacts, set up his auto-dialer and engage his leads with the highest potential to convert.

Features: Lead scoring, 360-degree contact view, Autodialer, Twilio and RingCentral integration, call recording

Run highly engaging marketing campaigns

Nathan works as a marketing executive and he is tasked to spearhead marketing campaigns to drive more traffic to the website as well as generate more leads. He has a lot on his plate that he needs to get done – draft emails, send them to a long list of customers, understand the engagement of every customer, their social behavior, and draft a follow-up email based on their actions.

Agile CRM enables Nathan to easily draft emails with drag-and-drop email builder and existing templates, send bulk emails based on the segmentation at once, track every action of each subscriber, and send follow up emails automatically based on their actions. Finally, get the analysis of each campaign – the number of opens, clicks, unsubscribes, page visits, duration on each page, and a lot more – to understand how well his campaigns went.

Features: Email marketing, tracking, web engagement, social CRM, Autoresponders, Campaign metrics

Have high professional customer support team

Linda’s business is on the verge of going down due to multiple unresolved tickets and a long list of unsatisfied clients. Her team is unfamiliar with their support system and are unable to timely address customer issues. This is impacting hugely on her entire business with customers taking their complaints to social media, which Linda is completely clueless.

After switching to Agile CRM, Linda’s team began to perform better and customer satisfaction started to grow. Ticket labeling has helped Linda’s team to organize tickets and automate workflows based on the priority. A customer support agent is now able to handle multiple customers simultaneously as well as quickly through pre-packaged canned responses. Linda has brought a positive image to her business on social media by listening and responding to customers, on time.

Features: Ticket labeling, Canned responses, Multi-chat windows, Groups, Social CRM

PROS: If you're looking for a tool with versatility and comprehensive coverage of all your needs, Agile CRM is a good fit. New user roles can be assigned easily, and the same can be said when you set up reminders. All it takes to complete a task, follow up on it, or create it is just a simple click. I can really see us using this software for a really long time.

CONS: They could really make this be more affordable. If they can't lower the price for enterprises, would it at least be possible to opt for some additional features at a more affordable price?

PROS: It's a CRM that has everything you need. Not only does it work fast, I have found the interface easy to use. I like how sales tracking is automated and how I'm able to quickly see any conversations I've had with customers as well as any data I have on contacts. With this tool's features, we've been able to keep our tasks organized. Project management is now a process that is easy to follow. Contact information management and sales management are also centralized now. Another thing that impressed me is how this has helped us understand what our customers want. It does this through the reports and analysis it provides us. I also found great how it can easily integrate with a number of other applications.

CONS: Perhaps the only thing I can complain about with this software is the price tag. I wish it was offered at more affordable rates.

PROS: Part of my job requires me to test out CRMs and helping our clients find a CRM that works for them and I have to admit that Agile is probably the best one I've used so far. I've gone through dozens of CRMs and I find that this is actually a solid and all-around piece of work. It delivers on all its promises and is quite easy to configure as well.

CONS: I have to admit that I was confused by the marketing automation system because it looked very dated to me. I also did not like how limited the designs were for the email templates and that's on top of the fact that there really aren't a lot of available email templates to begin with. Another thing that frustrated me about this was the workflow with regards to coming up with email and campaign creation. These are the things that I think could really be improved in future versions of the software.

PROS: I really appreciate how customizable it is and how user-friendly it is. I think it is quite affordable, especially when you consider that it lets you take on service, marketing, and sales all in one platform. It even helps you out with landing pages, SaaS, and marketing automation, so the price really is worth it! Other things I appreciate include the mobile app as well as the Wordpress integration.

CONS: I appreciate how this CRM has gotten rid of the need to have a number of plugins, logins, and system to make things work. That said, I think ther could still be improvements made. I like that the landing pages allow me to have everything in a single location but they do look a bit clunky. I also wish that it was easier to have Facebook Leads Ads integrated and imported.

PROS: Since the team was less than 10 people, we ended up using the free version and I have to say it had a neat interface and did well on tasks, tracking, and logging. Another part of the software we ended up using were the email campaigns.

CONS: Maybe the developers should have listened to the saying that "less is more" because I think they have too many features that end up being shallow and not as in depth as I would like. The software I used after Agile could automatically create tasks for members and that was something that was not availbale on Agile.

PROS: We were very impressed with how easily Agile CRM integrated with Zendesk, Upscope, and Github. It has had a domino effect on our process and has resulted in an improvement in how me manage technical support. Another thing that impressed us was Agile CRM's ability to export customer data in large blocks and to track that data throughout.

CONS: There are a number of things that can still be improved. For one, the software could be priced more affordably. To charge $49 for the base plan seems a bit much. We've also had issues when it comes to displaying in SaaS. From our clients' end, they've had issues with closing conversations. From our end, it takes quite some time for the chat box to open. The user interface could also be more intuitive because it is difficult to see the button that closes the chat button.

PROS: It easily integrates with the other tools I use and I can't stress enough how convenient that is. My job requires me to come up with leads for the company and build sales and marketing campaigns for those leads, so having just one place to look for my contacts is a big deal for me. I've only been using this for less than a year but already I am a fan of how much it has helped me out.

CONS: i really think future versions should come with training videos since the learning curve for this software is pretty steep. I especially had difficulty understanding the automation tools and how to configure them correctly.

PROS: We've been able to really improve our sales process thanks to the reports that Agile CRM provides us. I also like the intuitive interface and how user-friendly the program is as a whole. I also appreciate how all of the important information about a contact is kept in a single location and that all activities of that contact are tracked. The sales process has also been simplified and projects can now be better managed thanks to the tools provided. I can't emphasize enough how helpful that is.

CONS: I really don't have anything negative to say about Agile at this point. Sales management has been exceptional thanks to it and it has also allowed me and my team to collaborate.

PROS: As the owner of a growing business I've been looking for a CRM application that is affordable, user-friendly, without compromising on features. I was relieved to find Agile CRM because it fits all those requirements and has a user interface that is well-designed and sleek. I found out that the dashboard could be customized simply and how effectively it brings together the information and data that you will need for your business to succeed.

CONS: Of course there is always room for improvement, but to be honest I can't think of anything negative to say about this software at the moment. I think a lot of small business owners will find this a fit.

PROS: Contact activity tracking, marketing automation, and CRM are all features that are integrated in this platform. While I haven't used the service desk activities features, I like that they even have it at all. I appreciated the contact timeline and how it shows me the timeline of a contact's activities. I also appreciated that an email drip sequence or a salesperson follow-up task can be triggered based on lead scores, form fills, page visits, and a host of other things. It is also a big relief that it is so easy to schedule appointments using the online calendar. The level of automation that comes with Agile CRM is worth noting. I have been using forms on landing pages as well as email to distribute my content. Once on a landing page the leads give me their contact information so they can download content such as ebooks and other infrokmation. From there, Agile automatically subscribes them to my newsletter and makes them part of a long-running email drip campaign. Both the clients I've recommended this software seem to have liked it as well. The same can be said for the colleague who asked me for a recommendation.

CONS: There are a number of improvements I'd like to see in future versions. For one thing, it's realyl challenging to nurture a lead in the long terms because of the limitations put on the number of sequence steps and the number of automatic sequences. I also do not like that I have to use up campaign sequence nodes just to increment lead scores. I'd also like to see support for data-driven emails, as well as the ability to alter images and text that I show to a contact.

PROS: I don't think there's another self-hosted and open source CRM out there that is as customizable, reliable, fast, and secure as Agile CRM. I really like how many functions it has, ranging from billing, project management, to contact management, which I think were all made possible by its open source nature. Our business sales saw a lot of improvement thanks to this CRM. I truly think that when it comes to customer relationship management software, any business would really find Agile CRM ahead of the pack.

CONS: As much as I like this software, I have to admit that it does tend to lag and work really slowly. I also think that beginers might find the learning curve for Agile CRM a little steep. They could also improve on their integrations because there are a number of software that it doesn't integrate with. We've also encountred a number of errors that didn't put us in the best position with out clients.
