What are the best aspects of this product?
As the owner of a growing business I've been looking for a CRM application that is affordable, user-friendly, without compromising on features. I was relieved to find Agile CRM because it fits all those requirements and has a user interface that is well-designed and sleek. I found out that the dashboard could be customized simply and how effectively it brings together the information and data that you will need for your business to succeed.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Of course there is always room for improvement, but to be honest I can't think of anything negative to say about this software at the moment. I think a lot of small business owners will find this a fit.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Agile CRM has helped us out when it comes to monitoring customer relations. As an application, it has also allowed us to effectively oversee any upcoming deals as well as resolve any actionab le items.
