PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

Since the team was less than 10 people, we ended up using the free version and I have to say it had a neat interface and did well on tasks, tracking, and logging. Another part of the software we ended up using were the email campaigns.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Maybe the developers should have listened to the saying that "less is more" because I think they have too many features that end up being shallow and not as in depth as I would like. The software I used after Agile could automatically create tasks for members and that was something that was not availbale on Agile.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

With this CRM, we were able to monitor the deals we had in the sales pipeline, and we were able to do it without shelling out too much money.
