What are the best aspects of this product?
Contact activity tracking, marketing automation, and CRM are all features that are integrated in this platform. While I haven't used the service desk activities features, I like that they even have it at all. I appreciated the contact timeline and how it shows me the timeline of a contact's activities. I also appreciated that an email drip sequence or a salesperson follow-up task can be triggered based on lead scores, form fills, page visits, and a host of other things. It is also a big relief that it is so easy to schedule appointments using the online calendar.
The level of automation that comes with Agile CRM is worth noting. I have been using forms on landing pages as well as email to distribute my content. Once on a landing page the leads give me their contact information so they can download content such as ebooks and other infrokmation. From there, Agile automatically subscribes them to my newsletter and makes them part of a long-running email drip campaign.
Both the clients I've recommended this software seem to have liked it as well. The same can be said for the colleague who asked me for a recommendation.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a number of improvements I'd like to see in future versions. For one thing, it's realyl challenging to nurture a lead in the long terms because of the limitations put on the number of sequence steps and the number of automatic sequences. I also do not like that I have to use up campaign sequence nodes just to increment lead scores.
I'd also like to see support for data-driven emails, as well as the ability to alter images and text that I show to a contact.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The best thing about Agile CRM is that it helped us trim down our costs. It does everything that our more expensive previous CRM did at a cost that is much more reasonable. It has helped me out with the creation of a number of things, such as follow-up messaging, automated document fulfillments, and email blasts.
