What are the best aspects of this product?
We were very impressed with how easily Agile CRM integrated with Zendesk, Upscope, and Github. It has had a domino effect on our process and has resulted in an improvement in how me manage technical support. Another thing that impressed us was Agile CRM's ability to export customer data in large blocks and to track that data throughout.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There are a number of things that can still be improved. For one, the software could be priced more affordably. To charge $49 for the base plan seems a bit much. We've also had issues when it comes to displaying in SaaS. From our clients' end, they've had issues with closing conversations. From our end, it takes quite some time for the chat box to open. The user interface could also be more intuitive because it is difficult to see the button that closes the chat button.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We've seen improvements when it comes to job updates. Agile CRM has also helped us out with organization since we can now label messages and then review it at a later date. It has also given us a more comple look at our customers by providing data on what they do on our mobile application or on our website. This has also been a great help when it comes to conversion and engagement with potential customers.
