What are the best aspects of this product?
It easily integrates with the other tools I use and I can't stress enough how convenient that is. My job requires me to come up with leads for the company and build sales and marketing campaigns for those leads, so having just one place to look for my contacts is a big deal for me. I've only been using this for less than a year but already I am a fan of how much it has helped me out.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
i really think future versions should come with training videos since the learning curve for this software is pretty steep. I especially had difficulty understanding the automation tools and how to configure them correctly.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
The area where this has been a big help has been with time management. I've been able to really maximize my time and organize my day all thanks to how this software manages alerts and notifications.
It has also helped me out with regards to assessing the results of newsletters, mail campaigns, phone calls, and more. I can't emphasize enough how convenient it is to make reports with this tool.
Another way it has helped me to organize was by giving me a simple way to import and clean my contact list.
Finally, the mobile app and how the software integrates with other programs also helped me out a lot. I've been able to integrate it with Facebook, Linkedin, Skype, and Bria, and having just one place to look at everything has made for a much more organizaed workflow. I am satisfied with my experience with this software so far.
