What are the best aspects of this product?
I really appreciate how customizable it is and how user-friendly it is. I think it is quite affordable, especially when you consider that it lets you take on service, marketing, and sales all in one platform. It even helps you out with landing pages, SaaS, and marketing automation, so the price really is worth it! Other things I appreciate include the mobile app as well as the Wordpress integration.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I appreciate how this CRM has gotten rid of the need to have a number of plugins, logins, and system to make things work. That said, I think ther could still be improvements made. I like that the landing pages allow me to have everything in a single location but they do look a bit clunky. I also wish that it was easier to have Facebook Leads Ads integrated and imported.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Thanks to Agile, we haven't had to shell out a lot of money to streamline the platforms we use for customer service, marketing, and sales. We now just use this system rather than multiple ones. It really great that it can handle appointment setting, live chats, marketing automation, landing pages, deals, and a lot more on top of everything else that it already does.
