What are the best aspects of this product?

If you're looking for a tool with versatility and comprehensive coverage of all your needs, Agile CRM is a good fit. New user roles can be assigned easily, and the same can be said when you set up reminders. All it takes to complete a task, follow up on it, or create it is just a simple click. I can really see us using this software for a really long time.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

They could really make this be more affordable. If they can't lower the price for enterprises, would it at least be possible to opt for some additional features at a more affordable price?

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Agile CRM has performed in an exceptional and outstanding way for us. We are now more organized and have freed up a lot of our time to work on other things. Our customers are now more satisfied than ever thanks to how this CRM has customized our customer support process.
