What are the best aspects of this product?

It's a CRM that has everything you need. Not only does it work fast, I have found the interface easy to use. I like how sales tracking is automated and how I'm able to quickly see any conversations I've had with customers as well as any data I have on contacts.

With this tool's features, we've been able to keep our tasks organized. Project management is now a process that is easy to follow. Contact information management and sales management are also centralized now.

Another thing that impressed me is how this has helped us understand what our customers want. It does this through the reports and analysis it provides us. I also found great how it can easily integrate with a number of other applications.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Perhaps the only thing I can complain about with this software is the price tag. I wish it was offered at more affordable rates.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Thanks to this tool, our contract management process has been streamlined and simplified. It has also been instrumental in discovering what our customers are into, helping us interact with them in a more personalized way. Agile has also been a great way for us to see how effective our business strategies are. It has also been a great help in keeping our contact information organized.
