What are the best aspects of this product?
We've been able to really improve our sales process thanks to the reports that Agile CRM provides us. I also like the intuitive interface and how user-friendly the program is as a whole. I also appreciate how all of the important information about a contact is kept in a single location and that all activities of that contact are tracked. The sales process has also been simplified and projects can now be better managed thanks to the tools provided. I can't emphasize enough how helpful that is.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I really don't have anything negative to say about Agile at this point. Sales management has been exceptional thanks to it and it has also allowed me and my team to collaborate.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Agile has been a good solution to problems we had with regards to organization. Managing any potential customers is now done more efficiently thanks to it.
