What are the best aspects of this product?
I don't think there's another self-hosted and open source CRM out there that is as customizable, reliable, fast, and secure as Agile CRM. I really like how many functions it has, ranging from billing, project management, to contact management, which I think were all made possible by its open source nature. Our business sales saw a lot of improvement thanks to this CRM. I truly think that when it comes to customer relationship management software, any business would really find Agile CRM ahead of the pack.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
As much as I like this software, I have to admit that it does tend to lag and work really slowly. I also think that beginers might find the learning curve for Agile CRM a little steep. They could also improve on their integrations because there are a number of software that it doesn't integrate with. We've also encountred a number of errors that didn't put us in the best position with out clients.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
This software has helped us free up time and save money. Set up and implementation are easy and it is user-friendly as well. I found it to be reliable and safe and it has really been instrumental in improving our sales numbers.
